Description

St. Charles County is seeking proposals for the annual audit of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) and A-133 Single Audit for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2026, 2027, and 2028. The contract includes an option to renew for two additional audits for fiscal years ending December 31, 2029, and 2030. The County reserves the right to terminate the contract with thirty days written notice for any violation of contract terms by the successful proposer. Proposals must be submitted to the St. Charles County Finance Department by August 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
