The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogota, Colombia, is soliciting quotations for tactical ground support equipment to enhance refueling capabilities in Colombia. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL), U.S. Embassy Bogota - Products Requested: - 5,000-gallon collapsible fuel tank/bladder - Must be made from high-strength flexible material, UV-protected, with specific valves and maintenance kit - Certified for storage of Jet A1, JP-8, Diesel, and other fuels - Forward Area Refueling Equipment (FARE) structure - Stainless steel frame, iron/rubber wheels, aviation fuel motor, centrifugal pump, certified filter housings, flow meter, pressure and relief valves - Minimum delivery flow rate of 70 gallons per minute (GPM) - Includes operational manuals - Shipping and delivery to INL warehouse in Bogota, Colombia - Contractor responsible for offloading and replacement of lost/damaged items; partial deliveries allowed - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All equipment must be new and include a one-year warranty valid in Colombia - Vendors must comply with U.S. export laws and may not use prohibited foreign manufacturers - Delivery required within 90 days after receipt of order - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated, but products must meet detailed technical standards

The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) in Bogota has a requirement for the supply of Tactical ground support equipment for Colombia.

All interested sellers should submit the quotations according to the attached PR15734902_RFQ by August 17, 2026 at 4:00 pm via e-mail to Arizak@state.gov and BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov. No quotations will be accepted after this time.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued. To be considered for award, please follow the instructions given in the document INL-RFQ Section 3.
