Description

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University intends to procure multiple EPIQ CVx Ultrasound Systems for its Cardiology Department using MMCAP/Concordance Contract # MMS2200731 via New York State's OGS "Piggybacking" process. This procurement is pursuant to New York State Finance Law, Article 11, Section 163(10)(e), which authorizes purchases required by state agencies from contracts let by other state agencies, the U.S. government, or any other state with the concurrence of the Office of the State Comptroller. Vendors selling equivalent and compatible equipment may contact the Purchasing Department to discuss this procurement, with equivalency and compatibility demonstrated by meeting performance and compatibility with existing equipment, supplies, and accessories.
