Bids must be submitted in person by 3:00 PM local time on September 8, 2026, at the Greene County Administrator's office in Catskill, NY. Late, electronic, or fax submissions will not be accepted. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities or errors in the bids.
