Description

This Request for Bids (RFB) is issued by the State Library of Iowa to select a consultant to conduct the Five-Year Evaluation of the IMLS. The consultant will work with the State Library of Iowa to provide deliverables including data collection statewide through interviews, surveys, social media, and focus groups involving grantees and stakeholders of the LSTA program. The consultant will also review project data available at the State Library. The work is to begin upon receipt of the Purchase Order for these services.
