Description

Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) requires six focus group discussions to support the Evaluation of the Wage Earner Protection Program (WEPP). The focus groups will gather insights from WEPP applicants, both recipients and non-recipients, on recent program changes, application process, timeliness, and effectiveness in reducing economic insecurity of Canadian workers. The contract duration is 3 months, and the procurement method is Competitive – Selective Tendering. The requirement is open only to Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSSB who qualify under Tier 1, National Capital region, and for the Business consulting/change management services stream.
