Description

The Correctional Service Canada (CSC) requires a qualified contractor to replace the existing aged asphalt shingle roofs of buildings BC18 (Unit 2) and BC24 (Unit 3) at Beaver Creek Institution with a durable standing seam roofing system. The work includes inspection, removal of existing vents, installation of synthetic roof underlayment, snap-lock standing seam roof panels, new roof vents, flashing, transitions, weatherproof sealants, and snow guards. The contractor must ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications, provide warranties, maintain site cleanliness, and protect building entrances during the 3-month contract period starting September 1, 2026.
