Parks Canada Agency is seeking a contractor to perform condition assessments of 35 staff housing assets across the Prairies Region, including Elk Island National Park, Prince Albert National Park, Riding Mountain Park, and Grasslands National Park. The work involves updating asset condition data, identifying maintenance and rehabilitation needs, and developing funding estimates to support resource allocation and long-term sustainability. The contract duration is approximately 3 months, starting around September 15, 2026, and ending January 11, 2027. Bids are to be submitted via fax or email, with a maximum email size of 15 MB.
