The FDA Winchester Engineering and Analytical Center (WEAC) is soliciting recurring supply and rental of laboratory gases and associated tank/cylinder rentals for instrument operation and maintenance. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Winchester Engineering and Analytical Center (WEAC) - Products Requested: - Liquid Nitrogen (~240L dewars): 52 units (liquid out) and 5 units (gas out) per year - Liquid Argon (~230L dewars, UHP GR 5.0, gas out): 18 units per year - P-10 Gas Mixture (90% Argon/10% Methane, 300 cf cylinders, with certificate of analysis, ISO-accredited if possible): 18 units per year - Propane (33 lb tanks): 5 units per year - Nitrogen (300 cf cylinders, Ultra-High Purity 99.999%): 5 units per year - Argon (300 cf cylinders, Ultra-High Purity 99.999%): 5 units per year - Hydrogen (300 cf cylinders, Ultra-High Purity 99.997%): 5 units per year - Helium (300 cf cylinders, Ultra-High Purity 99.999%): 5 units per year - Carbon Dioxide (CO2, 300 cf cylinders, Instrument grade): 5 units per year - Oxygen (300 cf cylinders, Industrial grade): 5 units per year - Cylinder/Dewar Rental (monthly demurrage for all cylinders and dewars in service): 12 months per year - Quantities are repeated for each of three contract years (base plus two option years) - Notable Requirements: - Delivery required Monday-Friday during business hours, with emergency delivery capability - Preference for ISO-accredited gas manufacturers - Specialty gas mixture (P-10) must include a certificate of analysis - No specific OEMs or brands are named, but major industrial gas manufacturers are likely to be eligible.
