The U.S. Air Force 31st Fighter Wing at Aviano Air Base, Italy, is seeking contractors to replace and install three outdoor LED scoreboards. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force - 31st Fighter Wing (USAFE) - Offices: 31 LRS/LGRDDC and 31st CES/CEPM - Products Requested: - Two outdoor weatherproof LED electronic scoreboards for softball fields - Features: 7 innings, visitor/home totals, Ball, Strike, Out indicators - Dimensions: 400 x 200 x 12 cm - Controlled via cables (minimum 450m cable to main building, 50m extension cable to controller) - One outdoor weatherproof LED electronic scoreboard for football field - Features: Time, visitor/home scores, T.O., Down, To go, Ball on, Quantity indicators - Dimensions: per Appendix 5 - Controlled via cables (minimum 10m data cable connection) - Services Requested: - Removal and disposal of old scoreboards (compliance with Italian regulations) - Installation and connection of new scoreboards, including running and connecting all required cables - Wireless connections are not authorized - Unique Requirements: - Scoreboards must be weatherproof and LED-based - All control must be via physical cables; wireless is prohibited - Contractor must provide all equipment, cables, and ensure compliance with security and safety standards - Removal/disposal must adhere to local Italian regulations - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are mentioned; technical capability documentation and firm delivery schedules are required - Pricing must be provided in Euros
