This opportunity is for the provision of Shallow Water Egress Training (SWET) services for the U.S. Army's Aviation Brigade at Fort Drum, New York. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army, MICC Fort Drum, Contracting Division - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or commercial vendors are named; the requirement is for training services only - Products/Services Requested: - Shallow Water Egress Training (SWET) for approximately 300 rotary wing aircrew personnel - Training includes both classroom and practical exercises using Shallow Water Egress Trainer (SWET) and Helicopter Emergency Egress Device System (HEEDS) - Services delivered by a Mobile Training Team with instructors certified in CPR/AED, lifeguard, rescue diving, and oxygen provider, each with at least 3 years of relevant experience - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Training must comply with AR 95-1 (March 2018) Army regulations - Training is to be conducted over 10 consecutive weekdays (no weekends) at Fort Drum, NY - Instructors must meet specific certification and experience requirements - Compliance with environmental, safety, security, and installation access protocols is mandatory

Description

Fort Drum has a requirement for the Aviation Brigade for SWET (Shallow water egress training).  The training will be conducted between 21 September 2026 to 2 October.  No training will be conducted on weekends.  Training is for approximately 300 personnel.  Fill out 1449, return by instructions on the solicitation. Training will be conducted on Fort Drum.
