Project Title: USS TRIPOLI (LHA-7) Machinery Room No.One Filter Box Enclosure 01-69-3-Q preserve Period of Performance (POP): 10/13/2026 to 01/29/2027 Place of Performance: Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS), Japan

Description: NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka, Site Sasebo, intends to issue a competitive solicitation restricted to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan.

In accordance with DFARS 225.1103(3), this procurement is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan.

To be eligible for award, offerors must demonstrate their authorization to perform the required work within Japan at the time of proposal submission.
