(primary modular office OEM) - Bard (HVAC units) - Kaba Simplex (mechanical pushbutton locks) - Best (door lock cores) - Square D (electrical components) - Honeywell (thermostats) - Lithonia (LED lighting) - Ortronics (data/phone cabling devices) - Products/Services Requested: - Eight (8) 12' x 42' stackable, non-combustible modular office units (Whitley Evergreen, part number 1242NCOFF) - Two (2) 24' x 40' stackable, non-combustible modular office units (Whitley Evergreen, part number 2440NCOFF) - Modulars must include: steel cage frames, engineered drawings, third-party inspection/testing, and compliance with shipyard handling requirements - HVAC: Bard WH241-A08 or equal wall-hung heat pump units - Security: Kaba Simplex 1041B26D41 mechanical pushbutton locks, Best IC7A1626 standard cores - Electrical: Square D transformers, load centers, safety switches; Lithonia LBL4-LP835 LED interior lights; vandal-resistant exterior LED lights; GFCI and weatherproof receptacles - Fire protection: Wet fire sprinkler systems with alarms, smoke detectors, and overflow pipes - Data/Comms: Ortronics CAT6A/CAT5E cabling, data and phone drops, entry ports - Windows: Double-glazed, low-E, laminated safety film - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All modular units must be stackable, non-combustible, and compatible with existing PSNS modulars - Professional engineered drawings, third-party inspection, and compliance testing required - Delivery and placement responsibilities are split between contractor and shipyard personnel - All products must meet detailed technical specifications for safety, fire protection, and electrical systems
