Description

The subcontractor shall provide preventative and corrective maintenance services for all heating boilers identified in the contract attachments. Services include scheduled inspections, cleaning, testing, calibration, adjustment, and repair of boiler systems and associated components to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. The subcontractor shall furnish all qualified personnel, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to perform the work, including boilermaker services required to disassemble, clean, and reassemble designated boilers at the New Muon Lab (NML) and Central Utility Building (CUB), followed by startup, tuning, and return to service. The subcontractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and Fermilab safety requirements, provide all required inspection and corrective maintenance reports, maintain service documentation, and perform all work in accordance with the preventative maintenance schedules and requirements contained in the contract attachments.
