The U.S. Embassy Guatemala City, under the Department of State, is soliciting quotations for the purchase of one new vehicle for official use. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Guatemala, GSO - Procurement Section - OEMs and Vendors: - Lexus (as the reference model OEM; similar or equal vehicles from other manufacturers may be considered) - Products/Services Requested: - One new vehicle, model year 2027 or newer - Reference model: Lexus GX550 or equivalent - Key specifications: - 7-passenger seating - 3,445 cc gasoline engine, 6 cylinders, approximately 350 horsepower - 4-wheel drive with advanced traction control - Automatic 10-speed transmission - Automatic front and rear air conditioning - Power windows (front and rear), USB connections (front and rear) - Central automatic door lock/unlock - Front and rear parking sensors, rearview camera with front and rear monitoring - Electronic stability control, LED headlights, rain sensor windshield wipers - Spare wheel with tool kit, minimum 7 airbags (side, curtain, knee) - Rear tinted windows, basic tool kit, wheel locks preferred - Premium audio system with multiple speakers and subwoofer - Anti-lock brake system with brake assist, door edge guards preferred - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vehicle must be new, model year 2027 or newer - Delivery required to the U.S. Embassy in Guatemala City - Firm-fixed price contract with CIF pricing and VAT considerations - Delivery deadline specified - All features and specifications must meet or exceed those of the Lexus GX550 reference model
