The Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC) is initiating a pre-qualification process for engineering firms or individuals to provide a broad range of engineering services on an as-needed basis. - Government Buyer: - Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named, as this is a solicitation for professional engineering services. - Products/Services Requested: - Engineering services including: - Investigations, feasibility studies, and technical/condition assessments - Engineering analysis, evaluations, planning, and design - Preparation of drawings and specifications - Cost estimating, scheduling, and risk assessments - Procurement support and contract administration - Site reviews, inspections, testing, commissioning, and project close-out - Services may be required in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, environmental, building envelope, fire protection, transportation, energy, sustainability, and other specialty engineering disciplines - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Each assignment will not exceed $75,000 in value - Minimum insurance coverage and active WorkSafeBC account required - Accreditation with Engineers & Geoscientists BC - Relevant experience in the requested engineering disciplines - Pre-qualified list valid for up to three years; JIBC may invite selected providers to further procurement or direct negotiation

Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC) is seeking to pre-qualify qualified engineering firms or individuals to provide Engineering Services, including prime consultant services, on an as-and-when-required basis. Services may include investigations, feasibility studies, technical assessments, engineering analysis, planning and design, preparation of drawings and specifications, cost estimating, scheduling, risk assessments, procurement support, contract administration, site reviews, testing and commissioning, and project close-out services. These services may cover a range of disciplines such as civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, environmental, building envelope, fire protection, transportation, energy, sustainability, and other specialty engineering disciplines. Individual assignments will have a maximum services value of $75,000.
