The Joint Task Force - National Capital Region (JTF-NCR) J1 Directorate and the U.S. Army MICC-FT Belvoir are seeking a contractor to procure, deliver, and install fourteen modular acoustic office PODs and accompanying office furniture at Fort McNair, DC. - Government Buyer: - Joint Task Force - National Capital Region, J1 Directorate, Fort McNair - U.S. Army, MICC-FT Belvoir, W6QM MICC-FT Belvoir - Products and Equipment Requested: - Fourteen (14) modular acoustic privacy office PODs - 1 unit: 10 x 11 ft (or 126W x 139.7D x 92) - 11 units: 8 x 11 ft (or 101.6W x 139.7D) - Features: glass front/back, motion detection lights, ventilation, ADA swing door, plug-and-play electrical/data, TAA compliance - Office furniture for each POD: - 30"D x 60"W D-shape desks with modesty panels - 24"D x 42"W height adjustable tables - Dual monitor arms - 24"D x 66"W credenza shells - 66"W credenza hutches with cabinet doors and LED task lights - 66"W credenza tackboards - Movable box/box/file drawers with locks - Wardrobe towers with cupboards and file/file drawers, key-alike locks - U-shaped sit-stand units with bullet tops, hutch storage, adjustable feet, Grade A laminates, key-alike locks - Services Requested: - Full delivery, unloading, assembly, installation, and placement of all PODs and furniture - Coordination with government representatives, joint inspections, punch list management, cleanup, and close-out documentation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Modular PODs must be fully enclosed, provide acoustic privacy, and be ADA compliant - All electrical and data must be plug-and-play - All furniture and PODs must be TAA compliant - Installation must be coordinated to minimize disruption and include quality control - No specific OEMs or part numbers are named; the procurement is open to any manufacturer meeting the technical and compliance requirements.
Description
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or non-personal services necessary to execute the installation of fourteen (14) office PODs with accompanying office equipment, as specified in this performance work statement. The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the standards and requirements outlined in this contract.
