The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime - Puget Sound Contracting Division is seeking cut-resistant gloves for delivery to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime - Puget Sound Contracting Division, DLA-PME - Contact: Karl Lindley - OEM Highlight: - MCR Safety is specified as the manufacturer for both glove line items - Products Requested: - 10,008 pairs of cut resistant gloves (PN 8415LLS054560, MCR Safety PN 92733PU) - 9,084 pairs of extra-large cut resistant gloves (PN 8415LLS054561, MCR Safety PN 92733PU) - Technical Requirements: - Gloves must meet ANSI CR-3 cut resistance standards - Constructed with UHMWPE/HPPE fibers and polyurethane/bi-polymer palm coating - Thumb and fingertips coated; various colors accepted - Must provide dexterity and meet color requirements - Delivery Requirements: - FOB destination to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard - Inspection and acceptance at destination - Notable Procurement Details: - Delivery required by end of performance period - Manufacturer information, lead time, and delivery date must be provided - Compliance with NIST SP 800-171 required unless gloves are COTS - Set aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB)

To be considered for award, if the contractor (awardee) is required to implement NIST SP 800-171, the contractor (awardee) shall have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019 (I.E., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation)

Items deemed to be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 requirement.  Must identify and provide information to contracting officer on bid during solicitation period
