This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 70T05026Q5903N005 is issued as request for quotation (RFQ) for Explosive Trace Detection (ETD) Supplies.  RFQ 70T05026Q5903N005, which includes all terms and conditions, is attached along with its Attachment 1 Technical Compliance and Pricing Table.
