The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Salt Lake Field Office, is issuing this Request for Quotations (RFQ) under simplified procedures (RFO FAR 12.201-1) as a total small business set-aside for the following commercial items:20 each - 8' Cattle Guard, HS-20 loading, with 18" concrete bases, painted Federal Safety Yellow (8' × 8' × 8")20 each - Cattle Guard Wings (with hex bolts and nuts), Painted Yellow40 each - 23" Tall × 11" Step Pre-Cast Cattle Guard Bases, 8'/PairAll prices must include freight. Delivery is required on or before October 29, 2026, to the BLM Rosebud Field Station (UT-30 Mile Marker 33, Emigrant Trail Road). Delivery is accepted Monday-Thursday, 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. only, with a mandatory 48-hour advance notice.This is a Firm-Fixed-Price acquisition.
