Defense Health Agency intends to award based on brand name for requirement.  No other brand can satisfy agency requirements. The estimated time of delivery will be 45 days after receipt of order. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $350,000.
