This opportunity is for propane delivery services to support Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services operations in Southern California. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Disposition Services - Locations: San Diego and Pendleton, California - Products/Services Requested: - Forklift propane delivery to DLA DS San Diego (3,570 gallons) and DLA DS Pendleton (8,323 gallons) - Propane delivered to on-site 500-gallon tanks - Delivery required within three business days of request, Monday-Friday, 0730-1400 - Documentation and confirmation emails required upon delivery - Contract Structure and Requirements: - Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 12-month base period - Minimum contract value: $1,500; maximum value not to exceed 150% of estimated value - Pricing based on EIA spot price plus delivery fees - Contractor must comply with base access, security, and spill responsibility requirements - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are mentioned; commercial propane suppliers are eligible

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This procurement is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 221210 with a size standard of 1,150 Employees. This is for an IDIQ contract with a Period of Performance of one (1) year. The requirements and delivery timeframes are listed within the attached Statement of Work.  I

Quotes are to be received no later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard U.S. Time on Friday August 20, 2025, via email only to the designated Contracting Officer. derrick.hill@dla.mil
