The U.S. Secret Service Special Services Division is seeking a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement for nationwide maintenance, parts supply, roadside assistance, and towing services for its Prevost XLII motorcoach fleet. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Secret Service, Special Services Division (SSD) - OEM Highlight: - Prevost is the specified OEM for the XLII motorcoach fleet - Products and Services Requested: - Comprehensive mechanical maintenance and breakdown coverage for Prevost XLII motorcoaches - Includes preventive maintenance (2 services per coach annually) - Unscheduled breakdown repairs (up to 4 per coach annually) - Roadside assistance and diagnostic services - Towing services for up to 60,000 lbs (up to 2 events per year) - Parts supply and expedited shipping (average of 5 orders per month, 60 per year) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Services must be available anywhere in the continental U.S. - Contractor must provide all staffing, tooling, and facilities - Personnel must meet security and legal criteria - Towing must accommodate heavy motorcoaches (up to 60,000 lbs) - Expedited shipping of parts to multiple locations nationwide - Support for operations in major cities (e.g., Washington, DC; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Los Angeles, CA)

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70US0926Q70092803 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for bus parts and maintenance.  This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The solicitation document, along with all incorporated provisions and clauses, reflects those currently in effect as per Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06, dated August 27, 2025. This solicitation is Unrestricted (Full and Open) and the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 81119 Other Automotive Repair and Maintenance. The anticipated Period of Performance will be September 3, 2026 – September 2, 2031.
