The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Vale District, National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center (NHOTIC) in Baker City, Oregon, is seeking a firm fixed-price contract for digitization of legacy media. - Government Buyer: - Bureau of Land Management, Vale District, National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center (NHOTIC) - Products/Services Requested: - Digitization of legacy media formats, including: - 2 reels (1 in. x 1630 ft.) - 2 reels (1 in. x 3170 ft.) - 16 mm x 400 ft. picture negatives - 8 Pioneer brand 2-sided LaserDiscs - 60 VHS tapes (approx. 40 hours) - 1 AMPEX 456 Grand Master Tape - 5 MBR 60 Master Broadcast Videocassettes (approx. 5.5 hours) - 20 audio cassette tapes (up to 20 hours) - 12 DVDs (30-90 minutes each) - Delivery of digitized files as 6.5k HDR ProRes 4444 or higher on government-provided hard drives - Includes shipment, handling, and safeguarding of all materials - OEMs and Vendors: - Pioneer (LaserDiscs) - AMPEX (Grand Master Tape) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All digitized files must meet industry standards for archival quality - Files to be delivered on government-provided hard drives - Contractor responsible for secure shipment and return of all original materials
