Description

The City of Santa Ana is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations to support the Anaheim/Santa Ana Urban Area Homeland Security Emergency Preparedness Campaign, "Ready OC", and the localized version of the National Public Awareness Campaign, "If You See Something, Say Something™" known as "Safe OC". The contractor will support the Santa Ana Police Department by working with stakeholders in the Anaheim and Santa Ana urban area to develop and maintain these campaigns and implement the plan with stakeholder coordination. Funding for these campaigns comes in part or in full from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) grant. The campaigns aim to encourage preparedness for catastrophic events through multimedia approaches including billboards, newsletters, social media, community events, and a dedicated website.
