Humble Independent School District (Humble ISD) is seeking proposals for the turnkey replacement and installation of commercial conveyor dish machines at five elementary schools. - Government Buyer: - Humble Independent School District (TX) - Five campuses: Deerwood, Maplebrook, Oaks, Whispering Pines, Willowcreek - OEMs and Vendors: - Hobart (basis of design and reference OEM) - Equivalent products from other manufacturers may be submitted - Products Requested: - Hobart CL44-BAS+BUILDUP conveyor dishwashers (or approved equivalents) - 5 units total (1 per campus) - Key features: single tank, 202 racks/hour, insulated doors, .45 gallon/rack, touch screen controls, ENERGY STAR, factory startup - Accessories: vent hood (SHTHD/E-ADJ), vent stack extension (VNTSTK-EXTND), peg racks (DISHRAK-PEG20), combination racks (DISHRAK-COM20), sheet pan racks (SHTPAN-RACK), table limit switch (TBLLIM-CL), standard feet (CL44EN-BASFETSTD) - Site-specific requirements for rack quantities and machine operation direction (left/right) - Services Requested: - Full turnkey installation for each site - Includes removal of existing machines, delivery, utility modifications (electrical, plumbing, metal fabrication, ventilation), installation, testing, calibration, operational verification, staff training, and cleanup - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must comply with federal, state, and local codes, and manufacturer specifications to maintain warranty - Installations must be completed and fully operational during the district's Thanksgiving Break - Submission of Form 1295, W-9, asbestos notification acknowledgment, and 3-5 school district or higher education customer references required - District reserves right to accept equivalent products, but Hobart is the reference OEM for design and performance - Factory startup included within 100 miles of Hobart service office
