Description
The County of San Diego is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the preconstruction and construction phases of the Vista Detention Facility Infrastructure and Facility Upgrade project. The project involves a preconstruction phase where the contractor collaborates with the County on design, constructability, cost, and schedule to develop a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for construction. Upon acceptance of the GMP, the County may exercise its option for the construction phase. The estimated budget for the project, including all contract options, is $16,790,000.
