Description
The Ministry of Environment and Parks, BC Parks, is seeking an integrated Design-Build team to complete the design and construction of the Goldstream Office Replacement Project at Goldstream Provincial Park. The project involves replacing the existing Malahat Building with an approximately 600 m² office facility for about 35 BC Parks and Conservation Officer Service staff. The scope includes multidisciplinary design, site investigations, permitting, demolition, construction, servicing, commissioning, training, handover, and coordination within an active park operations compound. The facility must achieve a minimum 50-year service life, with construction scheduled from December 2026 through September 2027, followed by commissioning and closeout.
