Description
The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing the names of persons and vessels on OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List) based on legal criteria. All property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of these persons is blocked, and transactions with them are prohibited. Vessels identified as property of blocked persons are also listed. This notice informs the public of these sanctions actions effective as of July 29, 2026.
