Description

The Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking bids for Pavement Preservation and Maintenance Services under an Invitation to Bid (ITB) / Request for Quote (RFQ). Only contractors qualified through the prequalification process with an MSA agreement starting with 48400-410-0000034480 are eligible to participate. The solicitation is conducted under the authority to procure services ancillary to the construction and maintenance of a public road as defined in O.C.G.A 32-1-3 (24) and O.C.G.A 32-2-61 (c) and (d) (1) (D). Respondents must adhere to the terms and conditions of the MMSA 48400-410-0000034480 and the RFQC 48400-410-0000033480, as well as the ITB/RFQ form.
