Miami-Dade County Public Schools seeks to establish a districtwide customized operating system for fundraising, school-based sales, apparel transactions, and related revenue-generating activities across schools, student organizations, athletics, activities, and Fine Arts programs. The ITN aims to identify a qualified provider to deliver a comprehensive, secure, and scalable platform that supports school fundraising operations with transparency, compliance, auditability, and long-term financial growth. The solution must maintain school-level flexibility, local decision-making, and existing vendor relationships while providing centralized oversight and reporting. The agreement will be non-exclusive between the successful proposer(s) and the Board.
