Description

This Invitation to Bid is for the Middle Park West Parking Lot Reconstruction Project in Bettendorf, Iowa. The project involves reconstructing approximately 2,600 square yards of an existing six-inch Portland Cement Concrete parking lot with new PCC curb and gutter and a 5-inch Hot Mix Asphalt surface on a drainable subbase with sub-drains. Additional work includes removal and replacement of storm sewer, removal and replacement of 4-inch PCC sidewalk, sodding, erosion control, and related work. The work must start no later than September 1, 2026, and be completed by November 1, 2026, with liquidated damages of $500 per calendar day for delays.
