Description

This request for bid (RFB) seeks competitive bids from qualified suppliers for a scenic projector system for the Hillcrest High School Auditorium. The project includes furnishing and installing all necessary hardware, configuring, testing, and placing into operational service a complete scenic projection system. The system will project onto an existing back cyclorama curtain approximately 70 feet wide by 20 feet high, with projectors hung from the 4th electric where power is available, requiring short throw or ultra short throw lenses. Projection control will be located at the back of the auditorium in the lighting control booth, preferably wired, and includes new projectors, display controllers, receivers, transmitters, and necessary cabling. Suppliers must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference site walkthrough to obtain detailed project information and installation expectations.
