This solicitation is for snow removal services on rural streets in the Ville de Richelieu for the winter seasons of 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029. Bidders must submit one original and one electronic copy of their bid, sealed and marked with the project reference TP2026-06. The submission must include a bid bond equal to 5% of the bid amount and a performance guarantee of 50% of the contract amount. The Ville de Richelieu is not obligated to accept the lowest or any bid. The opening of bids will be public and witnessed by at least two individuals.
