The City of Waco is seeking formal proposals from qualified and financially capable developers or development teams to plan, lease, market, operate, manage, and maintain an airport-compatible development on approximately 240 acres at Waco Regional Airport. The solicitation is a Request for Proposals (RFP) with the number RFP 2026-035. Proposals must be submitted by September 15, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud via Zoom.
