The City of Janesville is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from experienced Master Developers or Development Teams to plan, finance, construct, and deliver a mixed-income residential neighborhood on approximately 55 acres of City-owned land, including 39 acres identified as developable, located at 2400 Beloit Avenue. The project aims to increase the supply, diversity, and attainability of housing in Janesville, ensuring cohesion with existing neighborhoods and preserving community recreation, wetland, and stormwater functions.
