The Mission Installation Contracting Command, 410th Contracting Support Battalion (CSB), DEPT OF THE ARMY, is seeking suppliers for gravel pad materials and drainage pipe at Cristobal, Colon, Panama (Fort Sherman). - Government Buyer: - Mission Installation Contracting Command, 410th CSB, DEPT OF THE ARMY - Products/Materials Requested: - 2,500 cubic yards of 3/4" gravel with aggregate - 2,100 cubic yards of 2.5"–4" drainage stone - 1,600 linear feet of perforated HDPE pipe - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified - Delivery Requirements: - All materials must be delivered to Cristobal, Colon, Panama within two weeks after deliveries begin - Evaluation Method: - Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) - No unique technical requirements or notable specifications beyond material types and quantities

Description

Pre-solicitation notice issued to identify an upcoming requirement to supply gravel pad materials at Cristobal, Colon, also known as Fort Sherman. The scope includes supply of ~2,500 CY of 3/4" gravel with aggregate, ~2,100 CY of 2.5" - 4" drainage stone, and 1,600 Linear Feet of perforated HDPE pipe to Cristobal Colon, Panama. Supply deliveries to begin 31 August 2026 with all materials to be delivered within two weeks. 

This notice meets the requirements of RFO 12.201-1 Simplified procedures, paragraph (c)(2)(i) in order to solicit quotations directly from suppliers. Vendors may contact the POCs in this pre-solicitation notice to identify interest, but there is no guarantee that all interested vendors will be selected to receive the RFQ when issued.

The solicitation is anticipated to be issued directly to suppliers on/around 20 August 2026. A Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation is being considered, with an anticipated award date on / around 28 August 2026.
