Description

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks Statements of Qualifications from qualified developers experienced in designing, building, financing, operating, managing, and maintaining affordable housing developments. The RFQ aims to establish a bench of qualified developers for future site-specific Requests for Proposals (RFPs) related to affordable housing development on Land Bank Sites throughout Los Angeles County. The developments may include multifamily rental housing serving low-income households up to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), and may also include mixed-use or mixed-income components.
