Description

The solicitation is for establishing a Standing Arrangement with one or more contractors to provide up to four qualified Delegates to conduct hearings and issue written decisions for the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB) on an as-and-if requested basis. These Delegates will handle hearings related to penalties imposed under the Liquor Control and Licensing Act and the Cannabis Control and Licensing Act where allegations are disputed. The arrangement is intended to support the adjudicative authority delegated by the General Manager of the LCRB. The procurement is managed by the Ministry of Citizens' Services on behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
