Description
The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for a contractor to provide and install two commercial-grade washer-extractors and two commercial-grade dryers with external soap dispensers to support laundry operations at Itasca State Park. The work includes delivery, placement, installation, connection to existing utility services, startup testing, and staff training on usage and maintenance. Equipment must be durable, suitable for high-frequency commercial use, and fit the designated space without requiring construction changes. The contractor must provide the OEM Manufacturer's Warranty and offer an option for warranty extension after the OEM warranty expires. All installation work must comply with applicable codes, manufacturer requirements, and State safety standards. Responses must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal by August 11, 2026.
