The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking bids for mowing and clearing services on approximately 128.4 miles of Hunter Walking Trails in the Park Rapids and Baudette Wildlife areas. - Government Buyer: - State of Minnesota, Department of Natural Resources (DNR), including DNR FAW R1 NW REGION - Scope of Work: - Mowing brush and grass, clearing deadfalls, and maintaining trail widths and heights as specified - Services required across Becker, Beltrami, Clearwater, Hubbard, and Wadena counties - Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals - Equipment must include a rubber-tracked skid steer (minimum 80 HP, rotary cutting head, ground pressure ≤ 5.0 psi, hydraulic pump flow ≥ 25.0 gpm) - Chainsaws may be required for larger deadfalls - Operators must have at least 100 hours of experience with specified equipment - Bid and Compliance Requirements: - Bids submitted per mile of trail - Submission of Prime Contractor Response Qualification Form and Equipment-Operator Experience Form required - Compliance with invasive species prevention, safety, and diversity/inclusion goals - Penalties for non-compliance with specifications - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; equipment requirements are performance-based - Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder meeting all requirements

The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and all necessary resources to mow brush and grass and clear deadfalls on approximately 128.4 miles of Hunter Walking Trails in the Park Rapids and Baudette Wildlife areas. The project requires compliance with all specifications and submission of responses electronically through the Swift Portal. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting all terms and conditions. Site visits can be arranged by contacting the Project Supervisor.
