This solicitation is for the design, fabrication, and delivery of pre-cast concrete elements for two structural culverts located in the Sault Ste. Marie Area. The project includes the fabrication of a 3.0 m x 1.8 m x 27.5 m pre-cast concrete box culvert and other elements for the Unknown Creek Culvert, and a 3.6 m x 2.1 m x 27.5 m pre-cast concrete box culvert and other elements for the Clay River Culvert. The pre-cast elements are to be produced by January 2027 and stored at the manufacturer's facility for use in upcoming capital contracts.
