The U.S. Department of Labor's Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is seeking a contractor to modernize security gate systems at its Approval and Certification Center in Triadelphia, WV. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Labor, Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), Approval and Certification Center (A&C) - Scope of Work: - Replacement of outdated security gate systems across three buildings - Removal and disposal of legacy systems - Installation of new digital-controlled slider gates, pivot gates, and traffic arms - Deployment of access control systems, long-range vehicle ID card readers, security cameras (including PTZ and license plate readers), network video recorder (64TB), rack mount server, and vehicle tags - Includes installation, testing, and training on all hardware and software - Products/Services Requested: - Security gate systems replacement (part number: 7540-01-152-8067), quantity: 1 - Dismantling and disposal of legacy security gate systems - Notable Requirements: - All work must be completed within 120 days of award - Total Small Business Set-Aside - Firm-fixed-price contract - Contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and resources - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated, allowing for a range of commercial security equipment providers to compete

Description

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), on behalf of the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), has a need for the Replacement of Security Gate Systems at the MSHA Approval and Certification Center (A&CC) in Triadelphia, West Virginia, in accordance with this Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP will result in a single award. The Period of Performance shall be Upon Receipt of Award to 120 Days After Award. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures will be utilized. Please read the RFP in its entirety, including instructions for submitting a proposal and the evaluation criteria the Government will use to make an award. *SITE VISITS ARE ALLOWED. Please note that the Government will NOT cover any costs for site visits.
