This opportunity is a nationwide cooperative contract led by the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (LRWRA) for comprehensive roofing repair, maintenance, and replacement services for public agencies across the United States. - Government Buyer: - Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (LRWRA) is the lead agency, in partnership with CoreTrust Purchasing Group - Scope of Services: - Full range of commercial and institutional roofing services, including: - Roof repairs (leak investigation, membrane repairs, shingle replacement, flashing repairs, gutter and downspout repairs, emergency waterproofing) - Complete roof replacements (removal/disposal, insulation and deck replacement, new system installation, final inspections) - Preventive maintenance (inspections, debris removal, drain/gutter cleaning, minor repairs, maintenance reporting) - Inspection and assessment (condition assessments, moisture intrusion, drainage/structural evaluations, reporting) - Sheet metal, flashing, and accessory work (copings, flashings, gutters, downspouts, SMACNA-compliant accessories) - Joint sealant services (removal/replacement for expansion/control/perimeter joints, penetrations) - Emergency response required within 4 hours - Services must cover all major commercial roofing systems: EPDM, PVC, Built-Up Roofing (BUR), Modified Bitumen, Asphalt Shingle, Concrete Tile, and specialty systems (green roofs, dome roofs, tensile membrane structures) - Notable Requirements: - Vendors must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals - Compliance with all federal, state, and local building codes, safety, environmental, and prevailing wage regulations - Manufacturer-approved and factory-trained installers required - Robust insurance coverage and warranty standards - Pricing based on RSMeans index with a national multiplier - Evaluation based on value, technical capability, past performance, and ability to serve nationwide cooperative needs - Compliance with anti-boycott laws, use of authorized subcontractors, and a detailed implementation/marketing plan - No specific OEMs are named; solicitation is open to all qualified vendors capable of meeting requirements
