Description
The City of Irving is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consulting firms to provide Construction Management Advisor (CMA) services for the Freeport – Sterling Corridor Infrastructure Improvements Project and West Irving Creek Phase C Project. The selected firm will act as an independent advisor throughout the preconstruction and construction phases, offering expertise in cost estimating, constructability reviews, schedule management, risk assessment, procurement support, GMP evaluation, construction oversight, and project controls.
