The project includes building a concession stand with approximately 6,025 square feet under roof and 1,418 square feet conditioned space, featuring steel columns, wood frame roof, concrete slab foundation, sidewalks, ramps, stairs, rails, restrooms, concession area, covered seating, utilities, and underground drainage. The contractor must provide a 1-year 10% maintenance bond along with performance and payment bonds.
