NB Power is seeking qualified vendors to provide HVAC maintenance services for the New Warehouse Facility at the Point Lepreau Nuclear Generating Station. - Government Buyer: - New Brunswick Power Corporation (NB Power), a Crown Corporation and primary electrical utility in New Brunswick - Contact: Jessica Pugh - Scope of Work: - Installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including heaters, ventilators, mini splits, air conditioners, coolers, and refrigeration units - Scheduled preventative maintenance: - Twice annually for larger equipment - Once annually for smaller equipment - Annual ozone-depleting substance leak testing - Detailed service reporting required after each service - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Personnel must complete NB Power Orange Badge site orientation training - Preference may be given to Red Seal certified or unionized labor - Compliance with nuclear facility terms and the New Brunswick Procurement Act - All RFP activities managed via the Euna Procurement Platform - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Contract Duration: - Three years with two optional one-year renewals - Pricing for option years to be negotiated prior to extension
