Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Leonard Wood, MO, intends to issue a solicitation for commercial Direct Inward Dialing (DID) and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking services in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.

The requirement is for the procurement of one (1) SIP trunking service with 100 DID numbers, including all necessary hardware, labor, and services to integrate with the government's existing electronic fax system. Services include the provisioning of 16 concurrent SIP call channels, porting of 100 DID numbers, and the installation of an on-premises delivery device. The resulting contract is anticipated to be a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.

Oral Solicitation:

This acquisition will be conducted using an oral solicitation method. The government plans to conduct oral solicitations with interested and capable vendors between August 20, 2026, and August 28, 2026. The award will be made to the offeror that has the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. 

Request for Information and Capability Statements:

Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to provide the above-listed services are invited to submit a capability statement. The capability statement should demonstrate the company's ability to meet the requirements outlined in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW).
