Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) solicits proposals from qualified individuals and firms to be added to a pre-qualified list to provide consulting services for site assessment projects. The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) estimates a total of six site assessments per year. Awarded offerors will be placed on an eligible list and will be used as needed for these services. The solicitation includes several modifications updating the schedule and adding questions and responses. The bid submission deadline has been extended as per the modifications.
