This solicitation is for the complete removal of snow, ice, or hard-packed snow from sidewalks within the City Right-of-Way adjacent to private and/or commercial property in a designated quadrant of Omaha. The work is to be performed in the Northeast Quadrant of the City of Omaha for the 2026-2027 season. Bidders must provide a bid bond issued by a surety licensed in Nebraska or acceptable substitutes such as certified checks or U.S. Government Bonds. The project includes compliance with various certifications and affidavits related to employee classification and contractor responsibility.
